Payment Details All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclusive of postage. All prices are also non-negotiable and rest assured all items are brand new and imported. Payment Mode Local Bank Transfer via POSB/ UOB (for local orders only) ATM Bank Transfer or Internet Banking to: POSB Savings UOB Savings *ATM Transfers must be accompanied with a clear snapshot of transaction receipt.

Normal Mail Delivery: Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for Registered Mail**. Normal Postage - $1.50 per item/ $1.00 per additional item Normal Mail is whereby the parcel is not registered with Singpost and there is no tracking number available to check on the parcel status. Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost normal mail hence we always recommend registered mail to ensure safe delivery of your parcel. Registered Mail Delivery: For Registered Mail, customer will have to pay for an additional S$3.50 per piece. Registered Mail is whereby a tracking number is available and parcel status can be check through internet. Please note that tracking number is available upon request. Self Collection: The only venue for Self collection is at City Hall/Redhill/Dhoby Gaut/Bugis. No extra charges. Subjected to a longer waiting time and appointment must be made. Please make a full payment before arranging a meeting for self-collection. Please take note that an Additional Charges of SGD $10 will be incurred for self collection of venue beyond the areas as stated above. Privacy: Information provided by customers is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. We respect and safeguard the privacy of our customers. Normal or Registered Mail: Due to the demand and limited stocks of our merchandise, all items are based on FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE policy. To avoid disappointment, we will double check the stock availability and send out a confirmation email. Payment have to be made within 24 hours once the confirmation mail is sent out. In order to secure your merchandise, please make payment asap! Your purchases will be sent out once payment is received. It will usually take 3 to 5 working days for your purchase to arrive. Bulky items may be delivered to your doopstep. A full payment of the goods is required before making an appointment for self collection.
